Joining the Southern Indiana Triathlon team will improve your performance by training with like-minded athletes, while giving you a social outlet to continue training and reach your goals.
Members will receive a training calendar each month via email. The email will also include a seasonal-based training calendar (March - October) with workouts 2-3 days per week. Each week will include a run, bike, and swim workout. See other team benefits listed below.
